2019 Ballarat Heritage & Design Award in the Conservation of a Heritage Place

Repairs and conservation works to the existing north, west and part east facades. Works were carried out while building remained operational as an accommodation facility.

Care was taken to ensure the conservation of the existing building and building fabric in accordance with Heritage Victoria.
