Central Highlands Rural Health – Creswick Hospital Stage 1

This project represents Stage 1 of the overall master plan and includes a partial refurbishment of the existing facility as well as an integrated extension on what is a disused and unoccupied garden space. The refurbishment and extension include:

• a new 12-bed dementia friendly unit, built around shared social spaces and a central courtyard
• ensuite bathrooms
• consolidation and centralisation of common areas and activity spaces
• upgrade of heating and cooling systems
• upgrade of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and fire services.
